Throwback Challenge 2020 is a series of back-to-back time-limited PokemonGo events starting on May 1st 2020 and ending on June 8th 2020. Each of the five different parts of the event is focused on a different Pokemon Region - Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unova.

The first four parts take place each week during the month of May 2020 (Friday to Friday) and completeling all of them will unlock the last one (Throwback Challenge Champion 2020), focusing on Unova region, that will span actross 5 days in early June 2020.

The events will be featured, each in its turn, under your "Today View" and will consist of multiple chapters of tasks much like a regular Special Research. Our dedicated team here at Pogo Trainer Club will make sure to create a detailed article about each of these events as more information about them is available.

The events will feature many prizes including Rare Candy, Silver Pinap Berries, Golden Razz Berries, region specific Pokemon encounters and the highlight - at the end of each Research you'll win an encounter with one of the region's Legendary Pokemon:
